Independent Chair

We are looking for an Independent Chair. In recognition of the scale and nature of local challenges required to ensure implementation of the STP takes place at pace, with a major focus on system sustainability this is a crucial leadership role.

The Chair, together with the STP Accountable Officer and the Executive Programme Director, will act as an ambassador of the system with key stakeholders and regulators. Fulfilling this role requires a bold strategic leader who can guide the STP Board to develop their Accountable Care System vision and ensure delivery takes place at pace. We need the energetic commitment to the improvement of the Cambridgeshire and Peterborough health and care system of someone with extensive prior experience in a Chair role in health and/or Local Government.

Partnership & Northstowe Programme Manager

We are looking for a Partnership & Northstowe Programme Manager. You will work with the Healthy New Town Partnership & our STP partners to develop new models of care.

As STP and Northstowe New Models Programme Manager, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team delivering an effective service supporting managers and staff across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough STP and Northstowe to develop and implement new models of care which improve the quality and sustainability of services for the population of Cambridgeshire and Peterborough. The role supports the system in driving transformation as well as value for money in planning, commissioning and service delivery. The role is designed to build a combination of subject matter expertise and technical skills to develop a strong service delivery.

Executive Assistant

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Executive Assistant to join our System Delivery Unit (hosted by Cambridgeshire and Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust).

The role will provide executive support to the Finance, Analytics and Evaluation Director, and the System Strategy, Planning and Development Director, and will be responsible for the management and delivery of a range of administrative tasks.
