We have translated this Fit for the Future programme into improvement projects, each of which reports to a delivery or enabling group.

Our priorities will be delivered through delivery (clinical services) and enabling groups (workforce and support services), led by Executive Directors from across our health and care system.

The clinical delivery groups include public health and care services. All groups are designed to encourage system-wide working and to allow for patient-led care to be at the forefront of everything we do.

The groups recommend priority projects to the STP leadership. They make sure projects are well-led and have resources to ensure ideas progress from ‘design’ through to ‘delivery’ quickly, with the desired impacts. They also oversee the delivery of their relevant national priorities.
